Product Descriptions & Availability: We aim to ensure all product descriptions, photos, and details are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on screen settings.
All items are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted promptly with an alternative option or a full refund.

Pricing and payment: All prices are listed in AUD.
Payment must be received in full at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery: Orders are dispatched within the stated processing time. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an item has been lodged with the postal service, responsibility for transit delays or loss rests with the carrier.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds: Due to the handmade and often personalised nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Custom and Personalised Orders: Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Please ensure all personalised details (names, dates, colours, etc.) are correct at the time of ordering.
